Pompa drainase submersible Tsurumi KTZ Series adalah pompa drainase “heavy-duty” tiga fase dengan tekanan tinggi yang terbuat dari “cast iron”. Bodi pompa “cast iron” dengan impeler “high-chromium cast iron” menyebabkan pompa ini tahan terhadap kondisi berat yang terdapat pada aplikasi konstruksi, agregat dan pertambangan. Posisi “discharge” di bagian atas, desain aliran di samping memastikan pendinginan motor yang efisien bahkan saat beroperasi dengan motor terpapar udara.

Desainnya yang ramping memungkinkan pompa ditempatkan di ruang tertutup. Arah pembuangan (discharge) dapat dipilih antara vertikal dan miring, yang mencegah selang pembuangan terlipat atau bengkok. Pompa dengan motor 7,5KW hingga 15kW ini dilengkapi seal pelepas tekanan port (seal pressure relief ports) yang mencegah tekanan pemompaan ke “shaft seal”. KTZ Series adalah Pompa Drainase Submersible untuk pekerjaan konstruksi umum dengan Seri Motor 2 pole. Badan pompa besi cor (cast iron) menghadirkan cara berbeda untuk daya tahan terbaik yang tidak dapat diperoleh oleh pompa bodi aluminium. Anda dapat memilih antara versi tekanan (head) tinggi dan versi volume tinggi di setiap ukuran motor.

“Mechanical seal” yang baru dikembangkan tahan terhadap tekanan air. Ini mengakibatkan pompa submersible KTZ dapat digunakan di kedalaman yang lebih dalam, seperti di sumur dalam, apalagi di lokasi konstruksi umum.

  2. Double inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces, running in an oil filled chamber and further protected by a lip seal running against a replaceable, 430 stainless steel shaft sleeve, provides for the most durable seal design available.
  3. Highly efficient, continuous duty air filled, copper wound motor with class F insulation minimizes the cost of operation.
  4. Built in thermal & amperage sensing protector prevents motor failure due to single Phasing,overloading or accidental run -dry conditions.
  5. Double shielded, permanently lubricated, high temperature C3 ball bearings, rated for a B-10 life of 60,000 hours, extend operational life.
  6. Top discharge, flow-thru design enables operation at low water levels for extended periods.
